My goal is to help people and companies achieve greatness through compassionate and intuitive training. I bring a holistic strategy to instructional design and I want to help businesses navigate change and build inclusive culture through engaging training development. I have provided high quality training content for both corporate and higher ed and I seek to help companies with all their training needs. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my little family and watching my son learn and grow. I’m an avid pottery painter and lover of D-list horror movies. I’m incredibly grateful for the life and opportunities I’ve been given and I aim to share my skills with others.
